SUMMIT POLICY

All participants should note that registered participants are entitled to “60% refund cancellation made 30-days before event date” minus 40% administrative which did not include all bank and necessary legal regulatory deductions including bank charges (Offshore charges, Remittance ID VAT. & Remittance ID Telex charges) which are presumed un-refundable, and service performed fees. Participants are not entitled to a refund if found that they intend to use the summit as a vehicle to abscond from their countries of origin or contracted international migration laws. The summit registration payment is used for the purpose of which registration are made as indicated in the summit registration sales (i.e) Hotel reservation, breakfast & food, T-Shirts, and other consumable conference materials etc. Therefore, refund request must be made 30-days to the event and must have strong reasons (i.e) visa Denied, country travel ban, ill health etc. Cases of refund requests can only be reviewed and payment will be made within 30-days after the summit.

While we will issue invitation letters to all confirmed registered attendees to the summit, we are not responsible for denied visa application to the United State for it is the duties and responsibility of the US department of state to issue visa based on their discretion.  Please follow the government application process which you can access by clicking the link below.

All summit participants are to commit return home to country of origin after our event and must comply with immigration law of our business event host country (Country of origin) within ( 2) month after the summit.
